Dear Jennifer (The Bridges Team),
In a few months it will be a year since you sold our house in Alexandria. I couldn't let another minute go by without telling you how much we appreciated your work and your professionalism.
It's never easy to sell a house in a down market, but you know only managed to do it, you did it with great skill. We were so horrified when we saw the falling prices, and you were always supportive. But even more important, you were honest. You didn't try to pretend the market wasn't tough. At the time, it was hard to her what you were saying, but now I'm glad I heard and listened to your good advice.
You not only found us buyers, but you found qualified buyers who were a good match for our home and the community.
With me being so far away, all the details had to go through extra communication, but your group did that too. I never felt left out of the details.
Both Kent and I are grateful for your hard work and energy you put into making the house sale and closing run smoothly.
We wish you much success and invite you to come for a dip in the pool anytime you are in the Valley of the Sun.
