ERA Blue Diamond Realty Guarantee Programs

Seller's Security Plan (SSP) – "We will sell your house or ERA will buy it."

The Seller's Security Plan (SSP) is exclusive to the ERA brand.This plan will allow homeowners to list their existing property with an ERA affiliate for up to 180 days.During this time the affiliate will actively market the home to sell.Upon reaching the 180th day, ERA will buy the existing home for no less than 90% of the appraised value (done by a separate third party).This will let the homeowner know their worst case scenario up front and allow arrangements to be made in order to move forward on the new home purchase.


Guaranteed Lease Program (GLP) – "We will rent your house or we will become your tenant."

The Guaranteed Lease Program (GLP) is an exclusive lease-out program exclusive to ERA Blue Diamond Realty.This program will allow home owners who may have lost substantial equity in their existing home, but would like to capitalize on the current market conditions, to have their primary residence listed and rented with the payments guaranteed.Homeowners can maintain their existing property to sell at al later time and still purchase in today's buyer market.
